Copyright & Licensing Guidelines
Everything you need to know about using our 3D renders commercially and personal creative rights.
At 3D Emoji World, we believe creative expression should be accessible to everyone worldwide without restrictive paywalls, licensing obstacles, or hidden royalty demands.
1. The CC0 1.0 Universal License
All original 3D emoji graphics, transparent PNG renders, WebP stickers, and animated vector assets published in our library are dedicated to the worldwide public domain under the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.
What does CC0 allow?
- Commercial Use: You can use these assets in paid applications, games, YouTube videos, websites, client work, print packaging, and merchandise.
- No Attribution Required: You do not need to link back to or credit 3D Emoji World in your final projects (though voluntary credit is always appreciated!).
- Modifications Allowed: You may resize, recolor, composite, animate, or incorporate the assets into brand collages.
- Unlimited Distribution: You may include these files in open-source repositories, sticker packs, and software installers.
2. What Is NOT Covered by CC0?
While our original 3D renders are CC0:
- Vendor Brand Trademarks: Operating system vendors (such as Apple Inc., Google LLC, Microsoft Corporation) hold proprietary copyrights on their native font glyphs (e.g. Apple Color Emoji, Noto Color Emoji, Segoe UI Emoji). Our 3D models are original independent creations and do not utilize proprietary vendor fonts.
- Platform Trademarks: The "3D Emoji World" logo, name, website design, and curated database structure remain protected intellectual property.
- Patents & Trademarks: CC0 does not grant patent or trademark rights.
